Koło POLONIA Polskiego Związku Filatelistów

Regulamin 

1. Nazwa, siedziba i cel działalności

1. Oficjalna nazwa koła to Koło POLONIA PZF.

2. Siedzibą władz Koła POLONIA PZF jest m st. Warszawa – siedziba Zarządu Głównego Polskiego Związku Filatelistów (w skrócie ZG PZF).

3. Koło POLONIA PZF ma na celu propagowanie i reprezentowanie polskiej filatelistyki na forum międzynarodowym oraz integrację filatelistów zbierających polskie znaki pocztowe a mieszkających poza Polską.

2. Członkowie Koła POLONIA PZF

1. Członkiem Koła POLONIA PZF zostaje każdy członek nadzwyczajny PZF, członkiem może także zostać każdy, kto na stałe mieszka poza granicami Polski.

2. Przyjęcia członka nadzwyczajnego dokonuje Prezydium ZG PZF, przyjęcia pozostałych członków dokonują Prezes ZG PZF wraz z Prezesem Koła POLONIA PZF, na podstawie złożonej pisemnej deklaracji.

3. Utrata członkostwa następuje w przypadku;

a) dobrowolnego wystąpienia przedstawionego pisemnie do 30. września na koniec roku finansowego,

b) nie opłacenia składki członkowskiej przez jeden rok

c) wykluczenia. Decyzję o wykluczeniu podejmuje Prezydium ZG PZF, także na podstawie udokumentowanego wniosku Prezesa Koła POLONIA PZF. Decyzja ta może zapaść z następujących przyczyn: działania przez członka na szkodę Związku, dokonania przez członka czynu nieetycznego popełnionego z niskich pobudek,

d) śmierci członka.

4. Przywrócenie członkostwa następuje na wniosek zainteresowanego, pod warunkiem opłacenia zaległych składek.

 3. Prawa i obowiązki członków Klubu POLONIA PZF

1. Każdy Członek Koła POLONIA PZF jest jednocześnie członkiem Polskiego Związku Filatelistów i posiada te same prawa i obowiązki, jakie dotyczą wszystkich członków PZF.

Członkowie Koła POLONIA mają m. innymi prawo:

a) korzystać z urządzeń Związku dla realizacji zadań określonych Statutem PZF

b) brać czynny udział we wszelkiej działalności Związku, w tym w wystawach filatelistycznych

c) otrzymywać wyróżnienia honorowe oraz świadczenia Związku, zgodnie z właściwymi regulaminami,

d) być sędziami filatelistycznymi oraz ekspertami PZF

Członkowie Koła POLONIA zobowiązani są do:

a) przestrzegania postanowień Statutu oraz uchwał władz Związku,

b) etycznego i koleżeńskiego postępowania wobec innych członków,

c) regularnego opłacania składek członkowskich.

2. Wysokość składki podstawowej dla członków jest ustalana przez ZG PZF. Członkowie Koła POLONIA opłacają roczne składki członkowskie w całości na rok z góry na konto ZG PZF (obecnie na rok 2007 jest to 20,- €).

4. Władze Koła POLONIA PZF

1. Koło POLONIA PZF podlega bezpośrednio Zarządowi Głównemu PZF. ZG PZF przysługuje wyłączne prawo wyboru Prezesa Koła POLONIA.

2. Prezes Koła POLONIA PZF organizuje pracę Koła i jest jedynym oficjalnym rzecznikiem Koła wobec ZG PZF.

3. Prezes Koła POLONIA PZF otrzymuje na bieżąco z ZG PZF wszelkie związane z działalnością niezbędne informacje.

Niniejszy regulamin został zatwierdzony przez ZG PZF uchwałą nr 24/XIX/2007/ZG PZF z 2007.11.17.
Jednocześnie tracą swą ważność wcześniejsze regulaminy Koła POLONIA PZF.

 

Gemeinschaft POLONIA des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes

Reglement

 1. Name, Sitz und Zweck der Gemeinschaft

1. Der Name der Gemeinschaft lautet auf polnisch: Koło POLONIA PZF (übersetzt: Gemeinschaft POLONIA des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes - abgekürzt: Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF).

2. Der Sitz des Vorstandes der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF ist Warszawa (Warschau),  wo sich auch der Sitz des Hauptvorstandes des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes befindet.

3. Der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF hat das Ziel, die polnische Philatelie auf internationaler Ebene zu propagieren und zu repräsentieren, sowie alle Polensammler außerhalb Polens zu vereinigen.

 2. Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF

1. Mitglied der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF kann jeder werden, der seinen ständigen Wohnsitz außerhalb Polens hat, sowie jedes außerordentliche Mitglied des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes.

2. Über die Aufnahme eines außerordentlichen Mitglieds entscheidet das Präsidium des Hauptvorstandes des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes. Über die Aufnahme von anderen Mitgliedern entscheidet der Präsident des Hauptvorstandes der Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes zusammen mit dem Präsidenten der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF aufgrund eines schriftlichen Aufnahmeantrags.

3. Die Mitgliedschaft erlischt durch:

a) schriftliche Austritterklärung zum 30. September dem Ende des Geschäftsjahres,

b) bei Nichtbezahlung des Mitgliedsbeitrags nach Ablauf eines Jahres.

c) Ausschluss. Über den Ausschluss entscheidet der Hauptvorstand des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes, auch auf schriftliche Begründung des Präsidenten der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF. Der Ausschluss kann aus folgenden Gründen erfolgen: Zuwiderhandlung eines Mitglieds gegen die Interessen des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes; unethische Handlungen aus niederen Beweggründen.

d) Tod

4. Eine Wiederaufnahme in die Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF kann auf schriftlichen Antrag eines Antragstellers erfolgen, unter der Bedingung, dass die rückständigen Mitgliedsbeiträge entrichtet werden.

 3. Rechte und Pflichten der Mitglieder

1. Jedes Mitglied der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF ist gleichzeitig Mitglied des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes und hat dieselben Rechte und Pflichten, die alle Mitglieder des Polnischen Verbandes haben.

Die Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF haben u.a. folgende Rechte:

a) die Nutzung sämtlicher Einrichtungen des Verbandes, zur Realisierung der Aufgaben, die in den Statuten des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes enthalten sind.

b) die aktive Teilnahme an allen Aktivitäten des Verbandes, darunter auch die Teilnahme an allen Briefmarkenausstellungen.

c) den Empfang von Ehrenauszeichnungen und Zeugnissen des Verbandes in Übereinstimmung mit dem aktuellen Reglement.

d) die Ernennung zum philatelistischen Juror und Verbandsprüfer des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes

Die Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF haben folgende Pflichten:

a) die Einhaltung der Statuten, sowie der Entscheidungen des Vorstandes des Verbandes

b) ethisches und kollegiales Verhalten gegenüber anderen Mitgliedern

c) Bezahlung des Mitgliederjahresbeitrages

2. Die Höhe des Jahresmitgliedsbeitrages für die Mitglieder wurde durch den Hauptvorstand des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes beschlossen. Die Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF zahlen einen Jahresbeitrag. Dieser ist im Voraus auf das Konto des Hauptvorstandes PZF zu überweisen. Der Beitrag beträgt zurzeit 20,- €.

 4. Vorstand der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF

1. Die „Gemeinschaft POLONIA des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes“ ist direkt dem Hauptvorstand des Polnischen  Philatelisten Verbandes unterstellt. Der Hauptvorstand des PZF hat das alleinige Recht zur Wahl des Präsidenten der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF.

2. Der Präsident der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF organisiert die Tätigkeit der Gemeinschaft und ist der einzige Sprecher der Gemeinschaft gegenüber dem Hauptvorstand des PZF.

3. Der Präsident der Gemeinschaft POLONIA PZF bekommt laufend Informationen vom Hauptvorstand PZF, die die Arbeit des Verbandes betreffen.

Das hier aufgeführte Reglement wurde durch den Hauptvorstand des Polnischen Philatelisten Verbandes mit dem Beschluss Nr.  24/XIX/2007/ZG PZF vom 17.11.2007 bestätigt.

Gleichzeitig verlieren alle bisherigen Reglements des Koło POLONIA PZF Ihre Gültigkeit.

POLONIA Club of the Polish Philatelists’ Union

By-laws and Regulations

 1. Name, location and objectives

1. The official name is POLONIA Club (“the Club”) of the Polish Philatelists’ Union (“PZF”).

2. The Club is domiciled in the capital city of Warszawa, at the offices of the head executive board of the PZF.

3. The objectives of the Club are: to propagate and represent Polish philately on the international forum and to integrate and unite philatelists interested in Polish philately, living outside of Poland.

2. Members of the Club

1. Every extraordinary member of PZF becomes a member of the Club. As well, any person who lives outside of Poland may also become a member of the Club.

2. Acceptance of an extraordinary membership is done by the head executive board of the PZF, while acceptance of other, non-PZF members is done by the president of PZF together with the president of the Club, based upon a submission of a completed application form.

3. Loss of membership may occur when:

a) a member willingly resigns and does so in writing before September 30 of a given year (financial year-end of PZF),

b) there is non-payment of member dues for one year

c) a member is expelled. Decision to expel a member lies with the head executive board of the PZF, as recommended by the by the president of the Club, and may occur when actions of the member are detrimental to the PZF and/or any actions deemed unethical in dealings with other members,

d) a member is deceased.

4. A member may be reinstated based upon a formal, written request and provided that all unpaid dues have been paid.

 3. Rights and obligations of Club members

1. Every Club member is automatically a member of PZF, with the same rights and obligations, which among others, include:

a) the use of PZF facilities to realize objectives as described in the statutes of the PZF,

b) taking active part in all PZF activities, including exhibiting,

c) receiving awards and prizes from the PZF, as set out in the various regulations,

d) becoming philatelic jurors and experts for the PZF.

Members of the Club must abide by the rules, which, among others, include:

a) adhering to the statutes and recommendations of the PZF,

b) conducting themselves in an ethical and friendly manner when dealing with other members,

c) paying membership dues on a regular basis.

2) Membership dues are set by the head executive board of the PZF. Club members must pre-pay dues annually to the PZF (currently, for 2007, the dues are 20 euro).

 4. Organizational responsibility

1. The Club is directly responsible to the head executive board of the PZF, which holds the exclusive right to nominate the president of the Club.

2. The president of the Club organizes the Club’s tasks and is the only official spokesperson for the Club in dealings with officials of the PZF.

3. The president of the Club receives from the head executive board of the PZF any information deemed necessary in conducting  the Club’s activities.
